Job Description:

  • Assist in managing daily administrative tasks such as correspondence, appointment scheduling, and calendar maintenance.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical records and files.
  • Serve as a point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from clients and internal stakeholders promptly.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, expenses, and financial records.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English are required.
