Conduct job interviews for positions of judicial agents and administrators and determine the suitability of candidates for the job.
Preparing employment contracts for candidates for private contracts and administrative positions.
Conducting termination interviews for the positions of judicial authority agents and administrators, determining the reasons for leaving the service and developing the necessary solutions.
Approving job turnover reports and making appropriate recommendations.
Study the recruitment procedures provided by the entities with similar activity and develop the regulations in force in the department.
Participate in the analysis of the budget of the movement of jobs monthly in accordance with the decisions of appointment, termination of service, transfer and promotions.
Conduct security screening and background checks on all candidates for work, in accordance with the laws and policies of the Government of Dubai.
Audit the appointment documents and ensure their compliance with the approved procedures.
Analyze the observations contained in the follow-up forms of new employees and prepare the necessary development programs.
Participate in organizing the Department's participation in employment fairs.
