  • Korean National

  • Preferably a college graduate but not a must

  • Excellent grooming etiquette

  • Possess charismatic personality

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience with the same position/ in customer service & casino related field

  • Familiar with MS Office applications;

  • Excellent communication skills in both Filipino and English, preferably a third language eg Excellent fluency in Mandarin or Korean for International Player Development

  • Must have excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be detail-oriented and thorough with prompt, flexible working hours.

  • Enjoys interacting with players

  • Able to multi-task.

  • Must be highly self-motivated and work with others as a team, must have strong analytical/problem solving/decision making skills

  • Familiar with MS Office applications
