We are looking for a Product Services Engineer for our factory in ?zmir, who will be a member of our Product Services team in Quality Department.

Product Services Engineer assumes the project leader role in PMTM for Marketing or Operations driven projects; coordinates projects as the single point of contact between Operations functions.

• Leading projects e.g.;
• New product launches, product improvements, revamps for our markets,
• New features; from idea to commercialization,
• Global or local process improvement projects.

Ensuring successful completion of projects through solid project management discipline in collaboration with all parties.

• Sharing product and process knowledge expertise to internal and external stakeholders,
• Collaborating with PMTM Operations functions to further improve factory performance and capabilities to the targeted levels,
• Collaborating with Corporate Affairs function to coordinate local authority approvals for product related activities e.g. new launch, change, delist of a product with compliance to local regulations,
• Collaborating with OC functions to ensure product compliance with local regulations and PMI standards.

• University degree in Engineering,
• Strong in project management, communication, collaboration, learning, multi-tasking and agility,
• Min 5 years of relevant work experience e.g. project management, manufacturing, etc.
• Very good command of written and spoken English and Turkish,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
