What about the role?
Senior HR Specialist is responsible for being the first point of contact for related functions and employees on all HR processes, systems and practices.
This position is located in Nev?ehir.
What you will be doing?
Accurately identify business unit needs. Build action plans around key needs.
Implement all personnel movements and connect with the relevant parties to ensure that the required transactions are processed in the HR systems,
Participate in business unit related talent committees and assessments in relation to corporate transition processes,
Ensure timely and accurate communication of legal requirements, employee rights, and benefits to management and employees as part of all ongoing and new corporate implementations. Implement procedures and regulations and audit disciplinary processes.
Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of office functions, including maintenance of supplies and equipment.
Support the implementation of the Your Voice survey. Analysing employee listening tool results, sharing them with managers and supporting improvement actions
To prepare/participate in the internal and external audits to be carried out in our factory in the areas of responsibility and HR and Administrative affairs processes
What we are looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations & Labour Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology or closely related field,
At least 2-3 years of experience in HR functions such as talent, employee relations, business partnering, regulatory and organisational development,
Knowledge of MS applications; preferably have experience with Workday HRIS system.
Good command of English is preferred,
Strong communication skills,
Analytical thinking, analysis and reporting skills,
Advanced planning and organisational skills,
