As a Senior Supply Planning Specialist, your main tasks are:
Lead demand planning of the relevant product portfolio
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in terms of supply & demand planning
Proactively engage with other departments (especially with Marketing and Commercial) on forecasting market/customer trends and phase-in/phase-out projects.
Continuously improve forecasting techniques, methods, and approaches.
Report and analyze KPIs (Inventory levels, Backorder Value, Forecast Accuracy, Slow Moving Inventory, etc.) and take improvement actions.
Be SAP Material Master Data Expert and support Controlling Inventory related analysis
Responsible for continuous supply of the products sold in the local affiliate supporting business targets and customer satisfaction in compliance with procedures.
Conduct demand & supply planning operations for the imported products (reagents, consumables, instruments, spare parts)
Responsible for the maintaining of ordering processes:
Sales & Operation Process setup / execute to align all parties including 3PL
Set up the connection between 3PL capacity and market growth /fluctuations
Calculate /evaluate safety stock levels according to Roche market growth and manage the stock levels in all limits
Conduct forecast and sales pattern analysis periodically to maximize product availability
Managing master data for all products and maintaining regular controls
Collaborate with local and global teams to develop/contribute new projects to be able to maintain continuous improvement in supply operations
Assessing the financial structure and inventory storage capabilities of the business
Anticipating stock demands based on current and future business functions
Ensuring the business has a steady flow of stock without over-capitalizing on materials
Suggesting changes to inventory warehousing to meet increased or reduced demand
Taking actions proactively to reduce obsolete materials in the inventory
Who you are:

You are fluent in Turkish and English; fluency in German is a big plus
Hold a business or comparable university degree, an MBA is a plus
Strong strategic thinker
Have an agile mindset and can-do attitude
Have strong supply chain experience
Experienced with MS Office Applications
Have 5+ years of planning experience in Healthcare or FMCG industry
5+ years of experience in SAP with 2 full life-cycle implementations, upgrade and support projects
Have strong interpersonal skills to be successful in decision-making processes, even in a high-pressure environment.
