We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Associate to work as part of the wider business analysis project team with a focus on back & middle office business change, risk and regulatory initiatives.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo.
This is an Associate position within Product Support & Services ISG, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you’ll do in the role:
- Clear communications with both internal and external stakeholders is an integral part of the role
- Team members will liaise between the sales, trading and various risk desks, as well as with external client contacts. Attention to detail is a requirement as you will help ensure trades are captured accurately in our risk systems and executed with our clients
- The functions pertaining to this role are time sensitive and directly affect client relationships, specifically when confirming transactions for very sensitive clients as well as meeting regulatory requirements and deadlines
- Timely and accurate trade capture and checkout
- Monitoring and processing trade lifecycle events
- Control, reconcile, and resolve the trade processing exceptions
- Working with technology for implementation of new processing platforms and system enhancements
- The role involves building and maintaining relationships with the regional OTC Middle Office Teams, the Business Unit, IT and other operational support areas to ensure that controls are maintained and breaks are understood and resolved in a timely manner
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, good organization skills
- Proficiency and fluency in communication
- Networking skills and ability to work with global stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, and/or other relevant applications
- Strong Excel skills are a plus
