Viona Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a generic pharmaceutical company focused on marketing of oral solids and topicals. Viona was established in May 2018 with its corporate headquarters located in Cranford, NJ. Viona is a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of a global, fully integrated pharmaceutical company, Zydus Lifesciences Ltd.

Position:

The position reports to Director of Supply Chain.

The role involves day to day interaction with the Viona Supply Chain team, GDSO and 3PL services provider with a focus on providing support to day-to-day supply chain activities and data

Location:

GSS Team, Zydus India

Job Description:

• Prepare PO and maintain inbound shipment tracking with Logistics and Freight forwarders.

• Co-ordination with USA based 3PL and supply chain team for receipt and release of Inbound shipment at 3PL.

• Assist supply chain team to keep the FP inventory demand and inventory files up to date.

• Assist supply chain team to co-ordinate with 3PL and finance GSS team to settle customers returns and shortage /damage claims.

• Tracking of day-to-day 3PL services and verification of freight and service charges.

• Prepare and maintain documents and master data for new products, launches, customer surveys etc.

• Maintain serialization master data in Trace link portal and assist supply chain team to answer any track and trace inquiries from customers / 3PL.

• Prepare reports for customers, sales team, and management review meetings.

• Assist supply chain manager for overall demand and logistics management.

• Any other duties as assigned by the management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Supply Chain or Business

Experience:

• 3+ years Supply Chain or logistics experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent MS Excel & Power Point skills.
• Knowledge and experience of working in SAP system.
• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to deliver high quality customer services on a consistent basis in a time-bound environment.
• Proactive and effective application of the organization’s review and escalation mechanisms to resolve the obstacles and issues.
