Overview:
The Senior Worldwide Digital Marketing Manager leads the implementation of global digital marketing initiatives that enable strategic innovation and business transformation. This position has a special focus on creating new value through the keen use of digital tools, platforms, technologies, and processes.
This person develops and implements a global digital marketing roadmap leveraging leading platforms and applications that enable modern marketing. This leader must embrace technology, be able to transform analytics, turn insight into action, and drive the digital marketing strategy to execution.

Responsibilities:
- Drive Digital Marketing Innovation & Ecosystem – Lead the design, development, and communication of key Marketing technology platforms and process transformation programs, and work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, solutions, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models.
- Create and Implement Digital Marketing Roadmap – Develop a clearly-defined and compelling digital strategy to continuously enhance digital customer experience across Kemin and ensure that all relevant digital marketing initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic-planning process for Core Leadership Team commitment, resource allocation, and execution.
- Serve as a Cross-Functional Change Agent – Act as an intermediary and change agent between BUs and functions in the rollout of digital initiatives and capabilities, fully integrating business and technology, and closing digital performance gaps that exist in and between the various functions and business units of the organization.
- Lead Digital Team – Manage and develop team to build digital marketing capabilities across the company including digital marketing, web development, content and digital asset management, marketing automation for leads management, digital analytics and other new digital commerce channels.
- Digital Marketing Metrics/ROI Measurement – Monitor and report on the ROI outcomes of digital projects and investments linked to enterprise KPIs, with the goal of demonstrating the positive impact from these initiatives. Ensure team is dedicated to data quality for digital marketing metrics and provide recommendations to business units on improving results of digital marketing efforts based on analytics.
- Digital Performance Accountability – Create a global digital marketing reporting framework that establishes the worldwide objectives for all digital marketing teams at Kemin. Support performance improvements by leading a team of digital experts to provide best practices and consulting to support the business units as they stretch to achieve their goals.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Technology, with over 10 years combined corporate, commercial and management experience within a matrix organization.
- 5+ years' experience in business or corporate management within B2B industries, with preference in a digital marketing leadership role.
- Senior leader with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing roadmaps to modernize and transform the customer experience internally and externally.
- Demonstrated track record of stakeholder management and influencing skills across business units and regions to to be able to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- This leader should have strong experience as a change agent in partnership with all business areas and functions, but most notably in partnership with Marketing, IT, and Sales.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the strong ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects efficiently in order to meet deadlines.
- The ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with executive leadership team, customers, vendors, peers and all levels of management to internally sell the value of new digital marketing initiatives and platforms for investment support.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, energetic, business-minded manager with strong initiative and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working under pressure as there is a high level of accountability for one’s work.
- International experience highly desired.
