Review technical and economic feasibility studies for large-scale water-related projects.
Evaluate projects to determine their eligibility for funding.
Contribute to the preparation of project evaluation reports.
Review terms of reference for consultants and tender documents for contractors.
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and work to resolve them.
Participate in relevant conferences and workshops to stay updated on industry developments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Master’s degree or PhD in Water Engineering.
At least 12 years of relevant experience managing large-scale water-related projects (Water Supply Projects, Wastewater Management Projects, Flood Management Projects, Water Resource Development Projects...).
Strong financial acumen with a proven ability to manage and analyze project budgets and financial reports.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in assessing financial risks and opportunities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and presenting financial information.
Fluency in Arabic and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
