We are currently seeking a skilled Operation Manager to join our team and lead our operations to new heights.

Job Description:

As an Operation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores and online platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and effectively, meeting the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of store and online operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational performance and drive business growth.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing waste.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of dedicated staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and that customer feedback is addressed promptly and effectively.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within FMCG sector companies.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on data-driven results.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
