As a purchase coordinator you will oversee the purchase of goods, considering price, quality, and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply. You will have to keenly monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers. Also you will ensure a professional & consistent approach to all supplier relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on quality, price and delivery speed.
2. Monitoring inventories levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
3. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
4. Maintains complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
5. Processing purchase orders accurately according to company policies and procedures
6. Support Finance department in maintain records and complete administrative tasks such as filling, data entry and document management.
Job Requirement:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 1-2 experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
· In depth knowledge of purchasing strategies
· Proficiency in using procurement software, ERP systems ( preferably Odoo )and Microsoft Excel.
· Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in procurement is a plus.
· Bilingual Candidates (Preferably Arabs with Fluent English)
· Visa 18 Transferable ( no VIP or small projects)
