Job Responsibilities - Sales Executive
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate packaging solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring timely sales recoveries from customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the packaging industry or plastic industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
