ABS Group Saudi Arabia Co. Ltd. is currently seeking to fill the position of Coordinator - Business Development and Government Relations to provide support in matters relating to PRO activities and business development. The role holder assists with client relations, business development and implementation of marketing strategies in support of the business development objectives of ABS and provides support around all areas of government relations.
What You Will Do:
Sales & Business Development
- Work towards growing the Saudi market for ABS Quality Evaluations – Saudi Arabia.
- Sell Management System Certification Services (i.e. ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF, SA8000, AS9000, etc.), 2nd party audits and training programs
- Coordinate vendor/supplier registration with all relevant companies and clients
- Develop government relationships and clients
- Acquire government and semi-government tenders
- Identify, create and maintain list of potential clients/leads for different standards/industries:
(9001, 14001, RC 14001, 45001, IATF, IMS, 22301, 27001, 50001, 55001, etc.)
- Work towards adding a sufficient number of new contacts per month leading to the desired number of new quotes
- Develop/execute sales strategy to achieve targets and provide sales forecast data as well as other market and customer information for use in sales planning
- Organize Public training courses
- Ensure collections are done within the desired period.
- Provide support to operations as necessary to ensure customers are receiving appropriate service.
- Communicate regularly, with Country Manager regarding opportunities, challenges, and any other business matters.
- Participate in special projects and teams as necessary to support the overall development of the business.
- Assist with CRM entries and renewals
- Produce local proposals for clients / prospects in accordance with ABS QE procedures and pricing guidelines.
- Actively follow up on all proposals and conduct client presentations where required.
Government Relations
- Keep up-to-date data for all employees in Saudi
- Prepare all employee related applications with government authorities
- Communicate with all employees and the management for all government requests
- Ensure timely and orderly up-keep of all documents required by governmental agencies
- Responsible for visa processing and submitting visa applications to immigration and labour offices for the following: KSA employment visa, renewal / transfer visa, visit visa, tourist visa and foreign visa required for business travel after ensuring proper documentation
- Coordinate with HR and Operations department and update them for new hiring status
- Provide report on monthly basis for all government relation processes
- Coordinate with staff regarding personnel issues related to governmental applications as required
- Communicate with governmental entities to issue licenses and other related documents as required
- Following, renewal, maintain all company documents such CR, Saudization, GOSI, Tax etc.
- Ensure that all employees joining the organization comply with KSA Government regulations and employment laws
What You Will Need:
Experience
- 1-3 years experience in business development and 1-3 years in government processes and transactions
- Proven ability to navigate the Government systems and procedures
Education & Qualifications
- Diploma in Administration / Sales or equivalent
- Professional Knowledge of Labor Office, Jawazat and Governmental Regulations
- Professional knowledge of Governmental Procedures in issuing licenses and other related documents
