Position Overview

We are looking for a responsive and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through various communication channels, resolving issues, addressing complaints, and delivering accurate product information. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as your ability to collaborate with various teams, will be essential to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Address customer complaints and work to resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding product details, pricing, promotions, and any other relevant information.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, inquiries, and feedback within the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new products and technologies.

Skills and Experience:

  • Intermediate or A levels education.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven and motivated by achieving targets and goals.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Representative in a reputable IT/Software Development company.

Additional Information:

Type: Full-Time / Monday to Firday

Shift time: 5PM to 2AM

Salary Range: Market Competitive
