As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through various communication channels, resolving issues, addressing complaints, and delivering accurate product information. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as your ability to collaborate with various teams, will be essential to ensuring customer satisfaction.
