The Role

The Administrator/ Document Controller is responsible for providing administrative support to the onsite Savills team, whilst managing and maintaining organizational (both electronic and physical) documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Responding to emails and phone calls
  • Preparing and formatting documents, such as reports and presentations
  • Managing databases and maintaining records
  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Processing invoices and expenses
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Providing customer service and support to internal and external clients.
  • Developing and implementing document control processes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all documents
  • Managing the distribution and storage of document copies
  • Ensuring that document versions are controlled and stored
  • Conducting document audits and reconciliation
  • Providing support to project teams with document-related queries
  • Monitoring and reporting on document status and progress
  • Ensuring that all documents are in compliance with organizational policies
  • Coordinating document approval processes
  • Providing training and guidance on document control procedures.
  • Organize archiving of documents


Force for Good

  • Actively promote and implement ESG initiatives across the compound and drive the adoption of policies and procedures and ensure these are adhered consistently across the compound

  • Ensure that the sustainability ESG agenda is fully embrace. Actively drive initiatives set by the Facilities and Senior Property Manager

  • Be abreast of any new initiatives, which could improve ESG performance across the compound.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Experienced in administration and or document control
  • Experience in processing and coding invoices and Purchase orders
  • Interest in sustainability and ESG initiatives, and driving change and impact across residential assets
  • Excellent communication and relationship builder
  • To be experienced in working alone and or as a part of an integral team to deliver the Vision and Values of Savills.
  • Professional, measured approach with strong work ethic
